This month’s event is held as a part of the state-wide California Coastal Cleanup 2024 event. Join us at HBWC to make a difference in keeping our coasts clean and beautiful!
Join us for our monthly community events to assist in the care and maintenance of our marshes and dune habitats.
The events are held on the third Saturday of each month beginning at 9:00 am and concluding at 12:00 noon.
Working with local schools, churches, corporations, and individuals the Conservancy has educated our volunteers on:
- Native plants for planting and non-native plants for removal
- Tending plants in our on-site plant nursery
- General marsh maintenance
- Trash pick-up, and much more!
No experience necessary. All tools are provided. Volunteers of all ages are welcome. Minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
